What a Relief!!!

What a relief!! Best haricut in a long, long time. My attitude improved to a new, healthier level after Jamie cut my hair and let me look my best. She listened, she was cordial, and she was fast! The receptionist even knew how to give perfect directions. Best professional service that I have received in a long time. Thank you Au Courant.

Get a facial with Nichole today!!

I had my very first facial with Nichole. She taught me everything I need to know about how to care for my skin and what to use. I had the most relaxing and amazing time in Au Courant. The tea and hair stylists made me feel comfortable and welcome and I can't wait to go back next month! Thanks Nichole!

Au Courant was recommended to me by a friend. Pam and the rest of the staff were so much fun. Plus they give newcomers a nice little goodie bag on their first visit. :)

Great place for a new hairstyle!

This a wonderful salon located in the heart of Mercer Island. The staff is friendly and wonderfully helpful. Its not a pretentious salon where you feel like you have to dress up to be seen and they give a great cut!

Fun-loving and welcoming

I recently moved from Seattle to Mercer Island. I needed to find a new hair salon. Au Courant was recommended by a friend. When I arrived I was welcomed by a very friendly staff. The atmosphere was warm and festive. Best of all, the whole staff seemed to have a fun-loving relationship with one another.

Best Customer Service

I have gone to the salon twice and have enjoyed by experiences thoroughly! Boy, do they know how to treat a customer right! Upon entering the store, it looks a little outdated and quirky, but don't be put off by the decor because these people really know what they are doing! As a new customer you are greeted with a welcome pack (a sample of their own shampoo) and a $5 gift certificate to use at your next appointment. In addition, they follow-up with a thank you note in the mail! I have never been to a salon with such stellar customer service. In fact, I used to pay $90 for a haircut at Gene Juarez in Bellevue for some years and the customer service there doesn't even come close to matching the service at Au Courant. Plus, I have received more compliments on my hair cut from Anne at Au Courant than I did while going to Gene Juarez. You should definitely give these guys a try! And if you're not extremely satisfied, you're only out $40+/-.
