I joined WW 11 months ago and found that it was so easy. I never felt deprived, nor did I ever consider myself on a DIET. I love gourmet food and found that all of their recipes qualify. I have served many a dinner party an entire WW dinner and no one ever knew. Even after I reached my goal, I have continued to lose an have lost 35 lbs to date.
Pros: Affordable, lots of meeting times, great leaders
