User Reviews for Red Robin America's Gourmet Burgers and Spirits

3 Star Rating: Average

Bottomless lemonades, soft drinks, etc. and fries. Had ordered my burger well-done , but it came to me very pink; and then I asked them to recook it. The chefs were LIVID (obviously), because when they came back w/ my second burger it was as black as coal. It took me awhile to pick all the black carbon off this overcharred burger before I could eat it. I know it's common sense to never send anything back in most restaurants because of what can happen the second time through, but egads...talk about hurt egos. Other than that weird experience, this place is still fun, like all Red Robin restaurants. However, the one in Factoria and Southcenter have friendlier waiters.

Pros: Plenty of parking; bottomless beverages and fries

Cons: Tempers flare if you send your dish back to be recooked

That's all I can say about this place. Usually, Red Robin is a better-than-average restaurant that serves decent food for a decent price. But this place has a horrible layout (the Redmond Town Center location has almost all booths, which rocks) and worse food than most other Red Robins around here. Their chicken sandwiches use processed meat, their drinks are vile (though that's true for most RR locations), and the interior of the restaurant can be summed up in only one word: drab! It's not the most fun place you could choose in this area. If you're just looking for a burger and fries, you can't go wrong here. UNLESS you get a grilled 'chicken' burger or an adult beverage: stick to the basics!

Pros: cheap, good service

Cons: worst RR around?, busy all day long

I have to say, the service I've gotten at all the Red Robin establishments I've been to (which have been many) is top notch! I've never been to a restaurant chain where they make you feel as if you're eating at a 5 star fine dining place. Not that Red Robin can't be considered "fine dining" because for what they offer, it's very very good! But, at affordable prices. Two weeks ago I took family there who were visiting from back East to the RR on the pier in downtown Seattle. The waiter was awesome! He treated us all the best. Even gave my father and sister who were visiting each a Red Robin glass as a souvenir. I'll continue to give them my business for sure!

Pros: excellent cust svc, prices, tood quality

Cons: noise at times
