Called to make an appt. Was quote $49.99 less $10 Yellow page coupon. Appt was set for 8-10 am next day. Driver Sam was to call 15 mins ahead so we could meet him there since we do not live at property left two cell phone numbers. Sam did not call but was given entry to the premises by a carpet guy we had working there without our knowledge. He then proceeded to work on the door -We wanted an estimate. When the carpet guy called us and we got there he then tried to sell us a new door and opener at ridiculous prices. When we declined he billed us $225.xx for the "service" rendered, which was tying down some of our screw without our consent! He also refused to honor the yellow page $10 coupon. AVOID AT ALL COST
