Great Haircut and Great Price

I have been to quite a few salons when I first moved here. Leaving behind my beloved stylist in Denver, I thought I would never find a stylist that I loved again. I tried every stylist at Salon Rebecca and quite a few at Gene Juarez in Redmond Town Center. Finally, after asking two different people with great cuts where they went, I was told of Farouche. They have little turnaround and it's really an upbeat place. I love that it is so relaxes and the staff really listens. Every stylist does a terrific job and the price is reasonable . . . that I love. Highly recommend.

Jaime Ellestad at Farouche is horrible!!!

Terrible experience, I will never use her hairstyling services, “or should I say, lack there of” again. Jaime Ellestad came off very fake and non-professional. I suggested a style and color that was totally over looked in the end result. She created nothing like I suggested. All she talked about was how she loves this girl named Kat, and how she cheated on her husband Rob in Texas? Who cares, definitely not me. I don’t have a clue what or who you’re talking about. Just shut-up and go back to hair styling school, or perhaps, less annoying chatting and more productive results.

Best salon!

I have had my hair cut and colored at Farouche Salon for over 15 years. Michael C. Knight does any amazing job and is reasonably priced. Everyone who works there is courteous and friendly. I know I'll continue to have my hair done there for many years to come. Bravo!

GREAT Stylists!!

My hair guy left me for San Diego, and I spent years trying to find someone who could help me with my fine hair.

Then I found Farouche! There are many awesome stylists there...you honestly cannot go wrong. Explain your hair to the receptionists, and they will point you in the right direction.

Farouche ROCKS!!

Joelle is the ONLY stylist!

Until I met Joelle I have never gone to a stylist more than once or twice and only had my hair cut maybe once a year. I have been seeing Joelle for 21/2 years and get my hair cut every 5 weeks. I will NEVER let anyone else touch my hair again. I have unusually thick corse hair and a lot of sylists don't know how to work with it or don't take the time to understand how my hair reacts when styled or cut a certain way.......well along came Joelle she introduced me to new products that have softened my hair, her cutting techniques have enhanced my hair styles and she scolds me if I run out of product and don't reload soon enough. I highly recommend Joelle to everyone I meet and don't meet. If you want a stylist that cares remembers you and takes the time to know what you want.......Joelle is the one for you. I love her!

I love Shannon and Joelle. They're the best!!

I've gone to Shannon since she first started at Farouche. She's the best color tech I've ever been to. She's willing to try new things and give you her honest opinion, which is great considering some stylists try and talk you out of what you'd like to do or end up pressuring you into what they'd like to do with your hair. I've asked Shannon to do some pretty crazy things with my hair, and she's always up for a challenge. I can give her a basic idea of what I'd like and tell her to just do whatever she thinks is best. Trusting your colorist is huge! I always know that I'll get something fun and unique to my style.

I started seeing Joelle for cut a few years later after the Farouche I originally went to closed and Shannon transferred to the Redmond location. I've tried many stylists at Farouche and other salons, and while they were all good, none of them have measured up to Joelle. Joelle says it like it is and will work with you to get the cut you want, but also the cut that looks best on you and works with your lifestyle. She's told me before that she doesn't like to do the same cut over and over again, which I really appreciate. Her artistic abilities help create a unique cut every time. I've never been disappointed. Joelle has also done my color and she does a great job.

I get so many compliments on my cut and color and everyone I know that's ever been to Farouche has been very impressed that such a small salon has such great stylists. I've been to other big name salons, but Farouche is such a friendly, warm environment, I always end up going back.

Joelle Deherrera - It's Just Great Hair- Great Lengths Hair extensions

Change your boyfriend, change your hair. Joelle is talented and artistic. I know that when I show up needing a change, she updates me and I look even better than the last time she did my hair. Her skill in making my hair extensions blend in to my hair gave me new confidence. My hair would not grow past my shoulders! So now I have this thick gorgeous long hair that I love!! Never disappointed! It's always fun to go into the salon. Great positive attitude by all the staff!!

• Pros: Flexible schedule- Joelle Deherrera will come in anytime evenings weekends for me!
• Cons: Salon is a little dated

Best and most professional hair cutting anywhere

Luke from Farouche Salon in Redmond is the best haircut I've ever had. My girlfriend is now going to him as well and she is as thrilled as I am. Great prices as well. If you want a professional , precision haircut with style ask for Luke.

best atmosphere around

I have been to a number of self proclaimed high end salons in the seattle area. Once I stumbled across salon farouche I have not been anywhere else. Salon Farouche offers exceptional services while providing a relaxing environment and great service. I have gotten a lot of my girlfriends to go to the salon and like me they have not been anywhere since. If you are looking for a new stylist or are new to the area, Salon Farouche is definitly one of the eastsides best kept secrets.

totally met all my needs

I had heard some great things aboout Salon Farouche but hesitated about booking an appointment because they were not nationally known. Finally my friend convienced me and I was so surprised. My new stylists is amazing, she is talented and been in the industry for many years!! The salon is full of pros and the atmosphere is great. They take care of all of your needs from the second you walk through the door. They are a fun and attentive staff! No one shoud hesitate about booking an appointment with Salon Farouche.
