Freindly, fun and great food

Seating is usually prompt (depending on crowds). Service is friendly and prompt. Food is well prepared and tasty. Their Wednesday special of fresh tamales is excellent.

Macdonald's of Mexican

Wanting to enjoy the warm summer evening, we visited the restaurant and sat outside. We were seated promptly and served chips that tasted like they were cooked in old burned oil. I ordered a taco and enchilada (cheese) and my husband ordered a burrito. The food arrived promptly but was so bland no amount of salsa cound revive. The cheese in the enchilada was a solid block of something. Not easy to identify so it was left. Out of my meal, I ate the taco and left the rest. The waiter was surprised that I did not want to take the rest home but I had more than enough!

• Cons: bland food, bad food

Dine here most often

My husband & I dine here the most. Being seated quickly is generally not a problem except for Saturday & Friday nights. There are no long waits to get your order either for dine in or take out. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is very rare that an order is incorrect or there's something wrong with the food. I've tried many things, and "yummy" is the best way to describe the food. Also portions are large. The wait staff is great about keeping your basket of chips, pop & ice tea full (free refills). They run price specials on children's dinners. I recommend the lunch specials that are served every day until 4pm. There is still plenty of food, and it is well priced.
