Noticed lately that business do not care if you have good service anymore? Well add Summerfield Suites to the list of companies that dont care to service you. It seems they would rather just ignore you because the hotel is full than address valid issues. Once again, "if we ignore it, it will go away" becomes the Customer Service motto of the times.
Pros: location
Cons: service. what to get something done, or talk to people who pass the buck and never address valid issues. Choice is yours!!

If you enjoy Capitol Hill and the Waterfront, You really can't find a better location for lodging in Seattle. The Suites are centrally located ,right in the heart of everything. Clubs,Restaurants,Shopping. I really liked being only walking distance from my fav Capitol Hill Night Clubs. The Suites are friendly. One rainy evening they loaned me an umbrella from the front desk. They're also clean ,comfortble and great for entertaining. My new place for lodging when I'm in Seattle.
Pros: location, location, location
