awful - don't go here
by aradileepan
After taking two weeks to solder my wife's wedding band and engagement rings together, they lost the rings. These rings were her grandmother's platinum rings and now these people have lost them. Wouldn't an established jeweler have multiple systems and checks in place to prevent losses? Well, the stars must have aligned because here we are without the rings.
DO NOT GIVE THESE JOKERS YOUR BUSINESS.
(I only gave them one star because no stars isn't an option)
- Cons: slow and they lose things

Platinum, gold and gemstone jewelry from rings to brooches since 1912. Diamonds include Ben Bridge Signature collection and Ikuma diamonds.
Worst Customer Service Ever!

Being in the age group that is prone to purchasing items like engagement rings, wedding rings, etc...I was appalled at recent service at Ben Bridge. They did not want to help me look at rings and annoyed when I brought something in for appraisal. Took over 20-minutes for anyone to help me and several folks told me they could NOT help me as they were helping other folks (keep in mind there were 5 sales reps and 2 customers in the store.) When they finally did help me and my fiance - I felt like I was bothering them - what a difference from other stores I visited with my fiance. EE Robbins, Tiffanys, and Swissa all were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I can tell you BB lost me as a customer and any future customers that I may have referred...
- Pros: Great selection
- Cons: Bad service, Unprofessional
Just plain rude...

A friend and I went in to look at engagement rings and bands plus to get an apprisal - the people we dealt with were pretty rude. This one guy just had this snotty attitude about everything and the other employes looked like they never learned how to smile. There ring selections were ok but I have seen better selections around town. Save your money and go elsewhere...
- Pros: downtown location
- Cons: rude employees
