On the fly, the lovelorn can nab exquisitely pre-packaged chocolate assortments in boxes, tins and bars--from just two pieces to a full pound. Better to linger in front of the display case of playfully named but seriously handcrafted chocolates arranged like precious gems. A sampling: Pharaon, dark chocolate buttercream; Criollo, bittersweet with orange; Prestige, soft caramel. While located in other cities, only the Seattle locale has a walk-up coffee service window for combining two of life's finest addictions.
