How did Dilettante only rate #6 on the top ten? For that matter, how did Coldstone rate number one? Dilettante's chocolate mousse will bring you to your knees: it's unbelievably rich yet light and fluffy. Truly a premier chocholatier!
Pros: best desserts, clean, interesting neighborhood
Cons: dimly lit, interesting neighborhood

The manager is a meanie. It was the middle of winter. It was freezing cold. They sat us next to the door. Each time someone came in or held the door open for some reason, a chilly gust blew in and froze us. I waited till another table was available and asked the manager if he could move us, his response was: "No you have already been seated". Needless to say I got a cold after that, and am never going back!!! Thanks a lot for your crappy service. I think I'll take my business and everyone I know's business elsewhere!

Any of you that say Cheesecake Factory is best are either new to this city or you smoke so much your palletes are dulled. I'm a dessert fanatic, a regular diner-outer, and an international food critic. You do not get better stuff than offered here, NOT IN THIS CITY! If you haven't been there yet, you're missing out on something ENORMOUSLY DELICIOUS! Okay okay okay, they don't have 40-something flavours of cheescake, but dessert is not ONLY about cheescake, babe. There's far more to tickle the senses, and they have it all- even a few to die for cheesecake selections- at Dilettante!
Pros: unbelievable!
Cons: a bit pricey, service is SLOW!

This is one of my favourite place to go to when it's late at night and there's nothing else to do. It's a great romantic place to go to for a date or as a hangout with a group of friends. The Strawberry Chantilly cake is definitely one of their best desserts. I would recommend this to anyone who's stumped on where to go when it's 11pm and feels like relaxing over a cup of coffee and dessert! :)
