A group of 10 people went out for a friend's birthday and were HORRIBLY disappointed in the service at this restaurant. The server brought out all of our food except one person's - he then explained that he had keyed in the wrong thing and it would take another 20 minutes to make it. At this point he didn't apologize, offer to take it off the bill - he just said he would take half price off the meal if she still wanted it- HOW TACKY! He then brought the food 30 minutes later even after we had told him to forget about it. When we refused the plate he swooped it off the table nearly knocking the wine glasses over before he stalked away! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ICON GRILL!
