Gorgeous Flowers

A friend was in the hospital after hip surgery and I phoned her to see about her recovery and she was overjoyed by the gorgeous bouquet of exotic flowers that Trudy's Floral Design created. According to my friend, her room became a destination spot, staff had heard about the arrangement and many stopped just to see the floral bouquet! All of this took place during the December 08 snow storm. The flowers were a real success! I have always had great response to the gifts of flowers from Trudy's Floral Design, Thank You Trudy & her staff.

Very disappointing

We ordered Flowers for our daughter (first year away from home at college) on Tuesday, to be delivered before noon on Friday (her birthday), paid a lot, and then discovered they weren't delivered. They needed to be delivered before noon because she is only working at that office until one. Very disappointed because we were trying to make her day special.

Disappointing and infuriating!!!

I ordered a gorgeous (and pricey) bouquet from Trudy's for my Mother's 60th birthday because I am studying out of the country right now and wouldn't be there on her birthday. Not only did the flowers not arrive on my mom's birthday -- they arrived two days later, after my father inquired after them! Trudy's said that they had "lost track of the order." On top of that, from how my Mom describes the bouquet, it is not the one that I saw and ordered from the website! The only reason that I am giving Trudy's even one star is because my Mother said that it is a gorgeous bouquet. There is absolutely no way I would ever trust this florist with an order of mine ever again.

Gorgeous Flowers!

I have ordered flowers several times from Trudy's Flowers. The customer service is terrific - they do anything possible to meet your needs! Also, all recipients of the flower arrangements have reported to me that the flowers were incredible. I have been in the shop several times personally, and was impressed by the quality of the flowers and the friendliness of the staff. I intend to use Trudy's Flowers extensively in the future.
