I have been seeing Joanne Zwickert for about a couple of years. When I asked her how long she had gone without struggling with eyebrow hair and she said over 20 years, I knew I had found my savior. She was recommended to me by a very reputable source. I have never waited in her waiting room and have always had a pleasant experience. They say the eyes are the window to a person's soul...well perfect eyebrows are just the icing on the cake. Thanks Joanne!
Pros: You are truly on your way to smooth hair-free skin.
Cons: Possibly finding a parking spot--but well worth the effort.

After YEARS of waxing, plucking, and shaving I finally wake-up worry free to start my day without the old rituals of hair removal. If only I'd met Patty and Joanne before all the time and money (especially on laser treaments) lost to these efforts. Thank you both for your skilled work and sensitivities. I'm forever grateful for your expert help -- finally no more embarrassing, unsightly reqrowth. You're the best!
Pros: flexible weekday, evening, and weekend hours; convenient office location
Cons: downtown street parking difficult to find at certain times

Joanne is professional, friendly, skillful, gentle, and her work is effective! I'd highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking into electrolysis for a permanent solution to unwanted hair growth.
