I scouted around a fair bit in looking for the "perfect" dress and have to say both in terms of selection, knowledge of the designers, and what looks best on different body shapes - IDo is the best! Their staff are very helpful, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. I've already sent a few of my friends there for their gowns. Can't miss if you are a new bride starting out looking for dresses!!
Pros: Service, variation in sizes available to try on, pricing
Cons: None - they rock!

Only 1 of my bridesmaids lived in the same state and could thus go w/me to look at bridesmaid dresses. My bridesmaid totally forgot about our appointment and I didn't know what to do since I was too large to fit into their size 4 samples. I didn't know what to do and was trying not to totally freak out (I couldn't even get a hold of my bridesmaid and it was hard for me to get to their store during business hours). Then Morgan and Jen Kwon asked me if I wanted them to try on the dresses. I felt kind of dumb, but told them I would really appreciate it. Morgan helped Jen try on 4 different dresses for me. I ended up picking out one of the ones she tried on. Then my local bridesmaid didn't realize she needed to order her dress b/c she thought i was doing it. So by that time I had to rush the dress for her and I Do Bridal let me fax in an order form (they required a signature). They really helped me out both times when I was really stressed. They were so nice, understanding and helpful!
Pros: really helpful and understand customer service

This is the best place in Seattle to buy a bridal gown! They assign one bridal consultant to you, and that same person helps you every time you go into the store. Bridget helped me and she was phenominal! She was very nice, very knowledgable about bridal dresses, and really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She even remembered every dress I tried on, and why or why not I liked it. Amazing! The dresses they had were high quality, and resonably priced. And of course the people are great, and really take care of you. I highly recommend I Do Bridal!

My friend purchased her wedding dress here. I went with her to help out, they made me feel like I was in their way & they barely helped her pick out a dress, I did that while they pretended I was a nuisance. They have a good selection of dresses, however horribly disorganized they are. Prepare to take your time looking through their dresses, they have no order to them & the staff is not willing to help you. Their appts are only made for an hour & they only give you 1 dressing room, regardless of how many bridesmaids you have. Our other friend & myself went there to pick out our bridesmaids dresses, (we were supposed to get a discount but never did), & again there was no help. The staff tried to convince me I should buy the wrong size, (glad I didn't, the size I picked fits perfectly). They also promised me the sash on my actual dress would be removable, it's not. The dress I paid almost $200 for came with the sash sewn in & I have to pay extra for alterations. I was also shocked that they didn't even take the 2 seconds to steam the dresses for us, not even my friend's wedding dress. I would say only go to this place if you have patience enough to deal with bad, bitchy, misguided service.

I Do Bridal was the fifth bridal store I visited and it turned out I saved the best for last ! I found the "dress" there and could not have been happier with my experience. I worked with one of the owners, Robin, who is a doll and made me feel I was the only one in the store. My gown just came in two weeks ago as promised and it was beautiful. I told them I was going to post what a great experience I had and it was wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly reccomend anyone in the market for a bridal gown to shop at this store, it was by far the most fun and enjoyable part of my wedding planning.................:)
Pros: Gorgeous gowns, nice people to work with
Cons: can't think of any.

My mom planned to make my wedding dress for me. A month before the wedding I tried it on and was very unhappy. After diplomatically (!) explaining it to mom I decided to go around and see if anyone had a gown that would work for me. I'm a plus size, so I wasn't very optimistic, but I Do Bridal saved the day! They actually had 5 or 6 dresses in my size and I fell in love with one of them . The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. She was even able to recommend an alterations person for me to go with since my mom was afraid to touch the dress after the fiasco with my original gown! I thought I was in a hopeless situation and the staff there really calmed my fears. I walked in almost crying and left with a big smile!
Pros: Professional staff, good selection
Cons: Small space

I purchased my wedding dress at I Do Bridal and they do have an excellent selection of dresses. However, the customer service was horrible. The sales assistant acted like she was not interested at all and they we're not at all helpful in listening to what I was trying to find and suggesting dresses as a result. In fact, when I found the dress that I enentually bought, they told me that they did not have a sample of the dress in the color that I wanted --- until my sister actually went and looked! Surprise, surprise there was one right on the shelf that I could try on. A month later I made an appointment for my five bridesmaids sice they would get 10% off at the store as a result of my purchase. Again, the service was horrible! The only set aside ONE changing room for five women and we only had one hour for our appointment. My bridesmaid did not buy from I Do Bridal and the horrible service was a major factor in that decision. They also do not gauantee dresses after you take them out of the store and they do not provide alterations. The sales person was also rude when they called to tell me that my dress was ready.

My experience at I Do Bridal was really nice. I am new to this area since I grew up in Japan. My mother in law took me to this store to find a dress for my wedding this May. We had a wonderful time there and Bridget who helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable. In fact everyone that I talked to there seemed very friendly. I didn't have a lot of time before my wedding and the dress that I wanted was much too large for me. They were able to get one quickly at no extra cost. My mother in law who is a seamstress said it is one of the highest quality dresses that she had ever worked on. It was a beautiful dress for the price compared to anything that I tried on at the other two stores that I went to. If you are looking for a wedding dress and really nice people to work with I would highly recommend them. We were very pleased, Kyobi & Jeff
Pros: Service, Quality, Price

I have to agree with "cinderella_citygirl" and "ameliachiu". I discourage ALL brides and bridesmaids from purchasing from I Do Bridal. I agree that they have an excellent selection of dresses and have excellent customer service- AT FIRST. However, the wonderful customer service ends after the dress/dresses are purchased. Two of my bridesmaid dresses were ordered in the wrong color and they did not take responsibility for the error, forcing us to keep the wrong dresses and order 2 more in the correct color. In addition to that they were very rude and were not sypathetic at all to our situation. Planning a wedding can be stressful enough without these kind of issues. I would not suggest purchasing anything from them.
Pros: Great selection of dresses.
Cons: Horrible customer service.

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my gown and bridesmaids dresses at I Do Bridal. From the very first visit, they were more helpful, creative and friendlier than any other bridal stores I’ve been to. Bridget made me feel so at ease at the daunting tasks of choosing a gown and gave a lot of good suggestions. She’s a hoot too! I remembered walking out of the store and telling my sister what a great time I had. Although I finally found the gown for me at another store, but because I was so impressed by the attention given to me at I Do Bridal, I went back to Bridget and asked if she would be able to order the gown for me. She did at a much lower cost!! The bridal gown, bridesmaids’ dresses and veil all arrived a few weeks earlier than scheduled. I just could not be happier with the entire buying process, and would recommend any bride-to-be to check this gem out. Thanks so much Bam! You made things so easy & fun!
Pros: Fun atmosphere, Unpretentious, Great customer service, Helpful staffs, Good value
