Best Fish n' Chips Ever!
by CandiceR
Best FIsh and Chips I have ever had, and I lived in London for years! It's a small dive bar, but the people are nice, the drinks are strong and the food is good!
- Pros: Good prices, great people.
- Cons: Small
Awesome fish and Chips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by jw13
THis place is wonderful. It has the best fish and chips anywhere i have ever tried. Their bar is well stocked and they have great beers on tap. In the summer the deck is perfect. Nothing better than a beautiful summer day with a margarita in hand! You have to go to the Pac Inn it is fantastic!!!
- Pros: Deck, Jukebox, Tv's. Bartenders
- Cons: none!
Seattle of yesteryear, a vestige of when the fish were more important than the chips.

In Short
Located well off trendier thoroughfares, this Fremont dive has been able to maintain its workingman's integrity despite the neighborhood's untrammeled gentrification. During the day, a mostly male crowd sips brews from the fine selection of micros; evenings often see old-timers mixed with younger folks and the occasional sprinkling of pool-playing sorority girls. Walls are adorned with photographs of early Seattle civic projects, like the building of the locks and the Aurora Bridge.

This place is great. It's a stones throw away from the heart of Freemont and just down the hill from Wallingford. They have an outdoor deck with umbrella tables perfect for those rare but amazing sunny Seattle days.
The service is pretty darn good and the food is better. I highly recommend the Pulled BBQ pork sandwhich.
It's a great place for lunch or after work drinks.
Enjoy!
- Pros: Food/Drinks, Atmosphere, Value
- Cons: A little dark, Not alot of room

This place is a hidden gem. I do not want to write such a great review that it encourages too many people to visit this little hole in the wall because it is perfect the way it is; a no-nonsense bar that serves above average bar food and fabulous drinks. The jukebox does rock, the people there are friendly and fun, the service is good, and it is nice to leave the bright and shiny lights of the new Fremont behind from time to time.
- Pros: good drinks, good fun, good parking
Tasty food, good beer, mediocre service

The Pacific Inn Pub is a great place to relax with some friends while sipping a tasty brew and nibbling on some fish and chips. The fish and chips are sme of the best I've ever had - super flavorful fish batter served with piping hot, crispy fries. SHame that the meal was delivered with a snarl. THe outdoor deck seems like a great place to spend a summer afternoon, and the jukebox has a really great selection of music.
- Pros: Fish and chips, PBR, Jukebox
- Cons: Service
Terrible service, rude waitress
by ferarielo
It is not because it is a dive bar that you have to be treated like the enemy. The waitress during Sunday day shift was very rude, throwing things at your table, arguing and making faces , just horrible.
I often got there, but I won't no longer because of her.Good service is very important, anywhere. Don't go there.
- Pros: location, reasonable price, football on sundays
- Cons: rude service, smoky, bad service
A quirky place...
by kinotype
A great, quirky place for drinks along with fish and chips. While there is a mural blocking the afternoon sun on the deck, still a great place to hang out.

I found this place a couple of years ago, now I head there for lunch at least once a week to get my fish and chips fix. Always excelent and the portions are enough for two if you aren't starving. Fish and chips is about the batter, and theirs is the most interesting I have found in Seattle. Heavy on the herbs and spices rather than the old beer batter variety, It adds a crunchy coating that with their excelent tarter and crispy fries makes for one of my favorite lunches in the city.
- Pros: 10 minutes from downt, rarely crowded for lu, a great dive
- Cons: you won't impress you
