It has taken OVER 4 months of back-and-forth with this business to get my wedding ring right, and we're still working on it. At first, my fiance and I went in and designed a ring. I was sized for the ring, and the ring was cast and made. The young woman helping us dropped our stone on the floor twice, and dropped it onto the counter no less than 3 more times. We were worried about the stone, but assured it was fine. After a few weeks, we finally got the finished ring, and It was beautiful. I put it on, and it was way too big. The sales girl recommended I wear it for a week to make sure it was really too big. After a week, I brought the ring back to be sized, along with another custom piece from another jeweler that had to be sized. I got a call and went to pick up the rings. The ring that was not originally made here: sales girl wrote the wrong size on the work order, and the ring was sized a full size too small. The wedding ring: This is a ring they made for us. They cut the band and completely ruined the pattern of the band. THIS IS MY WEDDING RING. I took it back to be fixed, my fiance spoke to the owner and he assured us the ring would be repaired. We expressed our concern about the stone, as it had been dropped, and he assured us the stone would be checked before being reset. Well, they had to re-make the ring, it had been so ruined by their attempt at sizing it. WE finally get the ring back, 2 days before our wedding, and after bringing it home notice a note on the receipt that the stone is chipped! Nobody called us, nobody told us. We took the ring back and after several minutes of arguing with the sales person, were assured that a new stone would be ordered and set. It has been 4 months since our original order, and we're still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Maybe they are better with big-money customers... the way we've been treated has been shameful.
Pros: Custom made jewelery, beautiful work.
Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WORST EVER.
