Davern installed two lock upgrades for my home and I'm glad I called him. He made sure I understand what he was doing and why and included suggestions for minor things I could do myself. Made me feel like I was getting good service without high pressure sales.
Pros: excellent service, quality work, knowledgeable
Cons: slow callback
