We ate here on a Sunday night when the restaurant was nowhere near full. Our waiter was not polite, and came out 35 minutes after we'd ordered to say he'd forgotten our orders! We had to be somewhere in 15 minutes when our food finally came out. Even after taking my order twice he still brought me the wrong thing (it wasn't complicated, either- just a half pizza and salad, an item straight from the menu). Since we had to eat quickly, I didn't send the food back. Our table had no silverware, and when my boyfriend asked for some, the waiter ignored him. We had to get it from the bar ourselves. Our waiter did charge us just 50% for our entrees for the delay, but he acted really annoyed and unhappy. He also never apologized for the delay. We really tried to be polite - I gave him a tip that would have been generous had he billed us full price for the meal, but I will never eat here again.
