I brought a pair of special custom sneakers to Wayne needing the zippers replaced. Wayne asked me how much I liked the sneakers because it would be expensive to do what I wanted have done. I told him they were rare and irreplaceable and paid in advance. A week later when I came to pick them up Wayne said he found a cheaper alternative to what he initially recommended. He refunded me half the cost back and the shoes fit like a dream. That's just good honest service.

I have had the pleasure of doing business at Busy Shoe Repairs for over 6 years. Wayne Beck (owner) he is the go to "man" if you need your shoes repaired!!! He has kept many of favorite shoes alive and kicking for numerous years and I am yet to bring him a "shoe problem" he could not fix or repair. Sometimes the horse is finally dead, and although reluctant, I had to make the decision to let a favorite pair of shoes give up their "soles" and be put to rest. Not a problem, Wayne also sells new shoes, the last pair I bought from him just this year, Floresheim's, are most comfortable and of good quality. Do you need shoe polish, laces, heel pads, etc. Busy Shoe Repairs has a wide assortment of accessories and shoe products. Oh, they also sell women's shoes and hand bags! I have consistently been able to pick up my shoe repairs when Wayn promised them. It is always a pleasure doing business at Busy Shoe Repairs.
