I could eat here every day
by enzothebaker
I've been a customer for 12 years and eat here every time I am anywhere near the Ave. Being a vegetarian, I only ever get the falafel or spaniko pita, but they are to die for. All the other food I see looks killer & people appear to be loving it. It's not the Ritz, but it doesn't need to be - great food, great price & a welcoming non-atmosphere keep me coming back. Continental Pastry three doors up is great for dessert too!
- Pros: Super-tasty food, lots to choose from
- Cons: Ali cooks like a god - the other guys can be hit-or-miss
Addictive!

Great falafels and gyros. They have other options, meat and vege, but these standards are done to perfection. A satisfying lunch for about six dollars.
worst food ever

Very bad food and services. The place not clean and so is the food. Expensive and tasteless food. Not recommended at all.
best middle eastern food in Seattle
by nicholasberry
The gyro meat is fresh instead of frozen, the pitas are grilled instead of nuked, the veggies are chopped that day instead of brown and wilted. The inside may be tiny, but the staff is always friendly and accommodating. For the price, this is by far the best Middle Eastern (specifically Lebanese) food I've ever had in Seattle (and I'm always looking).
Not good for kids or the hypersanitary. You don't want to bring your mom or your date here. You come for the food and the food only (although the staff, as I said, are very kind).
- Pros: gyros, hummus, baba ghannouj, zahra/cauliflower
- Cons: space, cleanliness

Late-night falafel fueling stop for UW students also serves tasty gyros and other Middle Eastern sandwiches during the day.
