Best Pizza in Seattle

by mickdog123

They sell slices cheap..they use grande cheese and if U don't know what that is you probably know much about pizza period. Im from NY and its the best out here for sure. A lot of people here like pizza hut and such...Mcdonalds style pizza. In city people know that places like pudge are best. Costumer satisfaction is there game. If you don't like the pizza you probably just don't like east coast pizza. I think its the best in seattle that Ive found. Tasty sauce unlike the usual bland ketchup sauce that some coorperate places use to cover the masses. Parking can be tough cause there always busy..

  • Pros: High Quality Cheese
  • Cons: always busy

Undercooked Pizza; Flavors do not work

by blwf

Given the reviews that this place had received, I was expecting something spectacular. The flavor of the New York, New York Pizza's toppings could barely be discerned through the thick, spicy mat of sauce. Save yourself some money and just get a cheese pizza if you opt for their standard goo. The crust could use salt and a much longer cooking time. The bottom of my crust had the color and almost the consistency of mayonnaise. The only thing that kept this place from getting a single star is the friendly and fast service.

Perhaps I am just unlucky but you might be too.

Best pizza in Seattle!!!!!

by danic81

Yummm yummm yummm. I've craved the Thai Chicken Pizza so many times, and the drive to this area is not an easy one around the dinner hour, considering the U-district traffic, but I will happily do it for such a great reward.

The spices are perfect, sauce is delicious, perfect amount of stuff on the pizza... I've tried other thai pizzas and it can't be beat.

Have also stopped in for slices and tried other varieties which are good and fine, but can't beat the best.

  • Pros: Thai Chicken Pizza!
  • Cons: quite a drive

Good pizza, variable service.

by northwesttrekker

I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza, and would definitely be a repeat customer if they stuck to their own delivery policy. When I called one Saturday, and requested delivery, the gentleman informed me that although they delivered to my address without a problem the previous time, the driver wasn't up for driving all the way over to the UVillage area that day. It's too bad, too - I really did enjoy their pizza.

  • Cons: Iffy service, poor delivery policy.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE

by serenadesv

Terrible service, terrible pizza. Definitely would NOT repeat mistake!

Have been going to Zeek's for years, thought we would try something different. What a MISTAKE! Will stick w. Zeek's (Phinney or Greenlake for us) when we get a craving for pizza!

  • Cons: What coupon! They don't even honor their own coupons!

The Best Pizza in Seattle!

by cjmcd

Having grown up in a town filled only with delicious, non-fastfood pizzarias, our family's standard for "good pizza" is based upon carefully crafted pies made by immigrants from Italy, Greece and New York City :) With a zesty sauce, substantial crust and good quality toppings, Pudge Brothers is a godsend in a city populated with 2 types of pizza joints: the bland fastfood pies and the over-priced gourmet pies. Bonus points for using sausage that actually tastes good, and Canadian Bacon instead of ham! In fact, it's so good, that even just a Mushroom pizza is satisfying.

Note: The ambiance is extremely casual, so we typically carry out. However, it's comfortable enough to grab a quick bite while reading their strange high-brow selection of magazines.

Recommendation: The "Monster" carry-out special is a steal at $12.99 for a 1-topping pizza. Don't miss their Mama Mia sandwich and their Mixed Greens Salad.

  • Pros: Delicious sauce, Carryout specials, consistent quality
  • Cons: Parking is scarce, No delivery dwntn

I really love this pizza!

by sassy31

It's the sauce or something but Pudge Bros Pizza has amazing pizza! It's New York style and a little slice of heaven is in every bite.
