I first visited this place in the mid-late 90s. The people who worked there were plastic and rude. It smelled bad. The prices were ok, but it was like everyone had a Courtney-Love attitude with their noses in the air. The tiny woman who ran the place was cute but arrogant to the extreme, and plastic like you can't imagine. It felt like a circus with that woman trying to get attention in any way possible, even if it meant lighting her own mother on fire in front of the place and holding a barbeque. I never went back because of it.
Pros: It's closed at night
Cons: Rude/arrogant owner/employees, bad smell, selection is hedonistic and tired, overpriced

usually i have a really good experience there, but one day i went in during the afternoon and was shocked at how rude one of the workers was to me. i was the only person in the store trying on clothes, and when i was done, i was looking for the place where you hang unwanted items. the guy who had opened the dressing room for me looked at me and said "come on, you wanna use your words?" and took the clothes from me and put the clothes back into the dressing room. i said, "oh no, i already tried them on," and he looked all exasperated and said in this really condescending tone, "well, next time, use your words, i can't tell what you're thinking." i was shocked that someone could be so rude and i left almost in tears. i mean, maybe i was the millionth person to stand in that area looking for the unwanted clothing section and that annoyed him for some reason, but honestly, i was the only person in the store and i'm pretty sure it's in his job description to assist customers (although, i didn't even need assistance).
Pros: selection for halloween costumes
Cons: service, prices
