My experience with NW automotive has been great. The owner trully listens to what you say, and works with your needs and your cars. Most of the repair people are master certified and have been repairing cars for years. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants a job well done.
Pros: Friendly, Helpful, good work
Cons: no waiting room

This person is correct that we do not have a waiting room. You can go for a walk to University Village, Ravenna Park or up the Burke Gilman Trail or drop your car for the day. We can also get you a ride where you want to go within 5 miles.
