The club is not 24/7. The equipment appears old and the club seems to be unclean. The change room for men is particularly smelly and dirty. The nearby YMCA is much better.

My first impression was that most of the gym's equipment (especially the cardio/treds) seemed to be relics of the early 90s. Two pieces of equipment had "Out of Service" signs taped to them. The place was reasonably clean, but still smelled suspiciously of sweat and mold. The men's bathrooms reeked of urine and sweat. The sales pitch was ridiculous. The owner was needlessly aggressive and when I asked him about the $39 enrollment fee and the separate $30 processing fee, he became irritated. When I told him I wanted to think about it, he became even less friendly. He obviously didn’t really care whether I bought from him or not. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. $29 a month is certainly tempting. However considering the quality of the facilities and the staff, I would much rather spend an extra $10/month elsewhere for a better selection of machines and cleaner faculties.
Pros: Parking, Inexpensive
Cons: Old/Broken Machines, Rude Employees

Friendly staff, easy in and out. Great updated equipment. Clean locker rooms and showers. Nice place to spend your workout sessions, every day.
