We have used DA Burns for years and will continue to do so. Their service people are consistently helpful, polite and expert in their jobs. AND, I recently did a comparison pricing between DA Burns and Alpine, and DA Burns was better priced for the same set of rugs/carpets! The best in town for a reasonable price!
Pros: Reliable, trustworthy, high-quality work, price.
Cons: None.

Called them to get a quote on services. They said they'd send someone out and they'd be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called them as he wasnt there. "Got a late lunch" was his excuse. Showed up, did an estimate. Was friendly and quick. Said they'd schedule me for the following Friday. The Wednesday before I still hadn't heard so called and left message. Never heard back so called them again. They apologized for not calling me back and scheduled me for that Friday. Guy came and cleaned and did a poor job cleaning the edges of the carpet so called them and they came back. Still not great. Overall they are friendly but their customer services is lacking. I gotta think there is better.
Pros: Friendly when they engage
Cons: Responsiveness, quality of work

D.A. Burns did a fantastic job on the carpets and rugs in our home -- Our rugs had so many marks and spots on them (thanks to the kids and dogs!), I still can't believe how great they all look now.
Pros: Great service and people
