New cocktail waitresses as of Aug. 2009

I'll start by saying that Jules has always had the best food in my opinion. The waitresses have always been great, especially the short haired chick, she could handle that place when it was packed, all by herself, & people would not have to wait forever to be helped.

The past few times I've been to Jules, there have been all new people. The new cocktail waitresses are snooty, stuck up, & always manage to make me feel as though I'm inconveniencing them. The taller brunette chick walks away when I'm barely done placing my order, while giving me a look like I screwed her boyfriend or something, she never smiles, & she makes us wait at least 20 minutes to even order.

When you are working for tips, it helps to smile & act like you are happy people are there BUYING food. Be nice to them, ask them how their food is.

We always tip well when it's deserved but that girl hasn't proven that she deserves more than a dollar, maybe two.

What has happened to all the good waitresses????

Why are these b*tches working there? They do such a bad job, every time. Unless you are a man, you may as well go somewhere else.

This used to be my favorite spot, we'd be there 3 times a week. Not anymore..

Bad waitress

Sat down and waitied, no exageration, 20 minutes. The waitress did actually wipe down the table, but never asked to get a drink for us or anything. When she started talking to her friends at the bar and ignored us, we left. AFTER 20 MINUTES. While leaving she yelled over and over at us BYE BYE BYE BYE THANKS FOR COMING BYE BYE.

We would have gone back and tried again another day but now we will never go back unless something changes.

Come on John, hire some people that actually care.

Snotty Gets to be Cool

Maybe I wasn't wearing enough black, but that's no excuse for the bartender ignoring me.

The food was greasy, and the tater tots underdone.

The acoustics don't support the music, and the band was awful. Other than that, I did get in out of the rain.
