The secrets in the crust!. Living in Portland but finding myself in Seattle quite often I?ve heard from locals that Napoli is first rate. Well it is! Having lived in N.Y.C. for several years I know great pizza and the secret is in the crust. A pizza without great crust just doesn?t make it. Napoli has the best crust of any pizza I?ve had outside of New York. They don?t stop there, their sauce was well balanced and all their toppings were fresh and in balance on the pie.
