So a group of people from my work all went out to Jillians on Saturday night. There waere approximately 10-15 of us having a good time and spending lots of money on their over priced drinks. In addition to having a pretty cocky server and slow bartenders a bouncer kept telling two of my friends to take off there baseball hats because they were not allowed to wear them in Jillians. Are you kidding me?. Think about it they are not allowed to wear baseball hats in a sports bar. I didn't realize we lived in a communist country. It was absolutely ridiculous! None of us will be going back. Thanks for everything Jillians, we will be spending our money elsewhere.

This is without doubt, the most disappointing restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Bussing my own table, notwithstanding, the server had the audacity to tell me that it was not a priority to wipe down the table when asked for a rag. She even argued with me when I told the manager we had waited 20 minutes for our table to be cleaned. On top of all this, neither of the managers was apologetic about the absolutely worthless service. I wouldn’t go here again if they were handing out $100 bill at the door.

This is a really fun place to spend some time with buddies. It’s great for big groups – even really big groups, this place is huge! In addition to watching sports they’ve got a bunch of pool tables and video games. The food is pretty greasy with almost everything on the menu covered in cheese, bacon or deep friend, FYI. Drinks are good, but a little over priced – good happy hour though. I was surprised that other people had lackluster service here as ours was really great. Our waitress was super friendly and even slipped us some free tokens for the video games downstairs. A+

There's a ton of pool tables (that you'll pay to play on) and heaps of arcade games and air hockey to entertain you! The drinks are a bit weak but the beer is good, there's happy hour specials on the appetizers and it's a fun spot overall! Even some dancing on the weekends!

Pros: Arcades, Pool, Lots of room to mingle,

Cons: Parking is horrible, Pool isn't free, Drinks aren't stiff

Grab all of your friends and head to this fun filled bar. We headed down there unfortunately on a prom night, parking was a bit difficult and the arcade area was a bit full but still great fun. Gotta try the boneless buffalo wings and fries!! Yummmy! Service was a bit slow, but our waiter had a great personality.

I have only been to this place one time, but I had so much fun, it turned into one of my favorites in the city. It was a pretty crowded Saturday night and I think the waitress was spread too thin, but she was very nice. The drinks were not quite as stiff as I like, but they weren't too expensive either.

Pros: Mixed Crowd, Pool, Smoking

Cons: Slow service, Weak Drinks

I went to Jillians on Memorial day weekend. It was so FUN! There was a Halo2 X-box Tournament! The service was great and the food was good. Our server was so nice and funny. There were things going on everywhere. Twister, dancing, hula-hoops, pool, drinks, video games. I had a great time and I'll go back soon.

Pros: x-box, fun games, friendly service

It would be a really great place to watch sports, if you could ever get service, both beer and food take forever, even without much of a crowd

Terrible service during games in the bar upstairs AND downstairs. Will NEVER watch a sporting event there again. Why? I've been there four times for sporting events. Each time the first drink has taken well over 30 minutes, food takes at least 45 minutes to an hour after being ordered, and any subsequent service is slow as molasses. Get more servers!

I keep trying to give Jillians another chance as a decent place to grab a game and grub. Each time I leave disappointed. The food is absolutely horrible. I keep trying new items (or forget I tried something only to be re-disappointed) and each time I am amazed at how poor the food is. Nachos...how can anyone ruin nachos???
