I've been to other Best Western hotels that are MUCH nicer than this one, but it was quiet and it did provide me and my family with a nice place to sleep. Only drawback- even the non-smoking hotel rooms kind of smell like smoke and the hallways are a little sketchy.

Pros: Really near seattle sights, shops and the SPU university

Cons: Non-smoking rooms still smell a little bit of smoke

My husband, daughter and I, just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. No, our room did not have a view, but we were there to sleep. The room was however, clean and well maintained. We were a 10 minute walk to the Space Needle, EMP, Fun Forest. Each night, my daughter and I went down to the exercise room. On our first night, I called the desk and requested 2 extra pillows, within 10 minutes, they were delivered. Very courteous staff. Coffee and cookies in the lobby each afternoon. Coffee maker w/coffee and condiments, FULL size ironing board and iron, blow dryer.

Pros: clean, price, close to activities

Not a true business class hotel. The clerk at the front desk was able to upsell me to a room with a view (hey, I was exhausted from the plane ride!) and I immediately regretted it. Definitely not worth it as the rooms are somewhat tired. I suppose it's fine for the price but I recommend looking elsewhere first. However, the maid service was friendly and terrific.

Pros: Location, Price

Cons: Tired room decor, Upselling - ugh

This place sells itself as a business traveler class hotel - wrong! Wireless is the only thing business-friendly - the location is bad, the service was bad and the place is old and need of a redo... In all reality it is a low budget tourist hotel... If you are trying to take a vacation and don't care where you stay as long as it's cheap, this is the place for you. If you desire any kind of decent service and amenity, it's not!
