I really wanted to like this place, as it's close to our apartment...we ordered some pad thai and yellow curry for delivery...the pad thai was just a mish mash of elements and the curry had no flavor. Disappointing. =(
Pros: Listed on delivery dot com
Cons: Food had no flavor

we have been going here for years and the food has always been excellent but the poor and downright rude customer service lately has made us go elsewhere. We have ordered to go and the food is excellent, but I would not recommend dining there. So sad.....perhaps if enough people have the same experience something will change.
Pros: food- always!
Cons: customer service beyond rude.

My family moved to another state. I just have a chance to come back and see some of my friends. Bahn Thai is my favorite Thai restaurant. We enjoyed great food and service. The new decoration was amazing. I loved Panang curry,Pad See Ew noodle and the chef special dish. i tried something new every time i visited and never feel disappointed. We had the great time here. I highly recommend Bahn Thai.
Pros: Food & Service

The Thai food here is not so great. For a MUCH better dining experience, do yourself a favor and go just a few blocks to Tup Tim Thai, which is EXCELLENT!

I received a flyer in the mail from Banh Thai so I thought I would give them a try and order in. After placing my order I was told it would take approximately 45 minutes for them to deliver it which seemed reasonable. However in actually it took about an hour and a half for them to deliver me my food. I did have to call them to find out where my food was before receiving it. Upon receiving my food, I receive a phone call that the driver was lost and needed directions. It turns out they wrote my address down incorrectly, which I did repeat to them twice when placing my order. I understand that people make mistakes, but instead of calling me to apologize for the mistake the restaurant call me back to accuse me for giving them the wrong address. What happen to customer service? Obviously, Banh Thai doesn't follow or care about the rule that the customer is always right. Honestly, who is going to place an order for delivery and give the restaurant the wrong home address to deliver to? Once I did finally receive my food it was luke warm and it didn't have much flavor. When it comes to Thai restaurants I highly do NOT recommend choosing Banh Thai.
Cons: slow delivery service, cold food, poor customer service

This is my all-time favorite Thai food restaurant. They are a family-run business which always provide friendly, honest service and the food is amazing. Try the panang curry w/chicken or the sweet basil w/beef, or anything w/their yummy peanut sauce is always a winner! The flavors of Bahn Thai have me dreaming about when I'll get to taste them again. Maybe I'll just call them up right now - they deliver y'know, #'s on the speed-dial..... Try them, you won't regret it!
Pros: service, food
Cons: parking is sometimes an issue

Seriously, QA is awash in mediocre Thai food. This place does delivery, but it is so expensive considering the portions. The food is not up to par with the other, better Thai establishments in the neighborhood. Skip this place, skip Thai Heaven and go to Pho Viet Anh for their stir-fry or pho; it is right across the street. Otherwise you will just be paying too much for below-average food.
Pros: Patio, Delivery
Cons: Food

We discovered this restaurant on Citysearch & went bc of the good review & late opening hours (23:00 as stated on this site). When we arrived (21:45) we were told that they closed at 21:30. We were very dissappointed that we were misled by this site! As we turned toward the door, they kindly offered to make us food to take out. The gentleman was incrediblely friendly and apologetic that we were misinformed about their opening & closing hours (wasn't his fault!). As for the food, so far, it's the best I've had in Seattle (Red Curry, Tom Yum Gai, Pad Thai). I've been to Jai Thai, Phuket, and Racha - just to name a few to compare to. I'd definitely go again. Advice: call to verify opening hours. Overall experience: A++
Pros: Truly Authentic Thai, Very friendly, Parking at rear

Bahn Thai has extraordinary curries, coconut ice cream, pahd thai, soups, and a fantastic sizzling seafood special. By the way, I recommend you always try their specials! And the service is always four-star. I'm confused about just one thing: there is free parking in the back, but the Citysearch review says there's only street parking available. Don't let this--or traffic--deter you from this cozy, delightful culinary experience!
Pros: Delicious food, Service, Romantic
