Downtown Pizza - Try the Tree Hugger!

Working on Sunday (up from San Francisco) and needed grub for the crew. Not a whole lot open or accomodating on a Sunday downtown (Pyramid Brewery advised that they were "too busy" to even fax a menu!!) and we found Zeek's on Citysearch....good pizza but AWESOME service...gentleman on phone was very friendly and helpful. Good service and good food.
Head to this casual hangout when only unconventional toppings will satisfy.

Students, couples and local business folks out on lunch stop in for pizza by-the-slice while watching TV or nestling into booths and flipping through an indy paper. Three to try are the veggie "Tree Hugger," with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts; the meat-laden "Puget Pounder"; and the "Thai One On"; with peanut sauce, chicken, and cilantro.

Enjoyable Pizza

We recently visited Zeek's for the first time and had their "Jimmi the Greek" pizza. We thought that it was quite good. I'd recommend it. I'm stingy with my ratings and seldom give ratings above 7.
