My husband & I live in Sammamish and drive to the 5 spot several times a month for breakfast. We usually go around noon to beat the rush. I've had several dishes and all were good except the biscuits and gravy. Their french toast is super yummy and so are their omelets, pancakes, and their 5 spot breakfast is the best - complete w/ hashbrowns, eggs, toast and bacon - it is a lot of food! Their hashbrowns have spices that make them so much better than anywhere else. Their dinner menu rotates to a new theme every 3 months so it's neat to see what new decorations they put up. I've had some really good food and some "okay" food on it. Their honey stung fried chicken, which is always available for dinner, is one of my favorites. One thing I will say is that their staff can have major attitudes and aren't always friendly. Sometimes they don't take names and just rely on those in line to be honest about who was there first but sometimes people will walk in front of everyone and get seated right away. One time I said something and the host thought that I was the one who was cutting in front of everyone and was rude to me saying that I needed to get to the back and wait like everyone else. When I told him I was there before the last 2 groups he sat then he lost the attitude. This isn't the only time it's happened though, but it isn't enough to make me not go back.
