Terrible Customer Service

Selection seems good (even though the costumes you can buy are all poor quality) but the customer service (when you can actually FIND someone to assist you) is simply awful. You would think people who work in a costume/party supply store would have a sense of humor and be having a good time. Not so. Shopping at Champion takes the fun out of planning the party.
