Great Property Managers

We have been very happy with our property manager Dave Poletti & Associates

for the past 3 years. They have been very attentive to our home and have always taken good care of it

as we live overseas. I especially love the easy to understand statements we get via email and direct deposits to our bank acccount.

Great Experience - Friendly Staff - Highly Recommend

I recently rented a very nice home through Dave Poletti & Associates Property Management. The whole process was easy and smooth. The staff was very friendly. They bent over backwards to accomodate my urgent timeframe. The home was in immaculate condition and was professionally cleaned before we moved in. I would definitely highly recommend this company if you are looking for a rental property.

I have rented several homes over the past few years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had with a management company. They went above the call of duty to show me homes on my erratic schedule and helped find the perfecct home. The property was the cleanest I have ever rented. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental in Seattle.
