I have been going to Salon Acropolis for over 12 years now, with Robert, the owner himself, as my hair stylist. I am always thrilled with my "new style" haircuts and have received numerous compliments on each and every one of them. He never lets me down. : )

I went to Salon Acropolis for the first time about 6 weeks ago and saw Iris. She did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair. I explained what I wanted and that was exactly what I got. She explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and even gave me some awesome tips for re-creating the look at home. She was knowledgable about everything- from my hair type to just about anything under the sun. I would encourage everyone reading this to book your next hair color or cut with her-she's fantastic. I am hooked and will be going back regularly.

I have been to Salon Acropolis to see Luis 3 times now and have ALWAYS been fabulously happy with my cut and color! He listens and delivers every time. Luis is personable, knowledgable and oh, so talented! I LOVE my hair; it nearly styles itself after a cut by Luis. I am so happy to have found a salon and a stylist that I can really count on, after 5 years in Seattle. The salon is comfortable and the staff and service is great. Ask for Luis, you can't go wrong. Oh, also Robert's *magic potion* hair smoothing formula is fantastic.

I was referred to Iris from a friend in Seattle. I didn't have to wait forever to get an appointment which was great. I walked in knowing only that I didn't want my length to change and that I'd like to be able to let my inner curl emerge again (after 5 years of straightening). Iris gave me a fantastic shape and I have not stopped receiving compliments on what a great new look I have. I have fine, curly hair and have never been satisfied with it until now.

Robert has been doing my hair for over 13 years and I continue to see him although I have to drive almost 25 miles to get to him now. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone and have done so many times with wonderful results. Everyone that I have sent has been very happy with him. I don't know what I will do if he ever decides to retire!!! aimee

I found Salon Acropolis using City Search and have become an ambassador for the Salon and for Iris. For the first time I can say "I LOVE MY HAIR!" She is a wonderful stylist - truly an artist - Iris appreciates the client's perspective and is able to combine this with her own recommendations to create beautiful, artsy, natural coloring and great cuts that never need much fussing. I have recommended her to several friends and they have all loved their cuts and color. I am never going anywhere else! Thank you Iris!

I went to Salon Acropolis because of the user reviews here. I wanted a change for the new year you know - reinvent myself inside and out. Robert listened patiently and totally got what I was going for and did a great job with the color and cut. It truly was a leap of faith to go in without ever having actually seen any of his work, especially for a type A personality like me, but he was amazing and I am really pleased. I would highly recommend this salon.

I recently moved to Queen Anne and wanted to try a salon up here on the hill. I randomly selected Salon Acropolis and crossed my fingers. I am delighted to say that I found a serious treasure a few weeks ago in both Salon Acropolis and in my new favorite stylist Luis. Luis did a fantastic job coloring my hair for the holidays. I have had numerous compliments and haven't loved my hair this much in a long time. Luis is a secret best not kept.

I had a BAD experience at Gary Manuel (red roots, all-over purplish) and Luis saved my hair! He's the best!!!

I highly recommend Iris at Salon Acropolis! Both times she has cut and colored my hair I have been very satisfied. She was very receptive to what I had in mind, and very knowledgeable in giving me ideas for a 'fresh' look. The Salon is cozy and comfortable, with great service from all.

Pros: Service, Parking, Flexible Hours
