They provided great nannys for us to interview and provided all the services needed in that space. We love our current nanny from them. Post placement service has been a problem as a temp-nanny we requested a month in advance no-showed and we got an invoice threatening collections for a 55$ debt that was less than a month old. It was a real hardship to take the time off work to cover for the no-show. Getting a threat of collections, after paying them over 3K over the last six months is simply rude in my mind but I guess it is their right to do so.
Pros: Good nannys

Seattle Nanny Network is wonderful; the placement staff are extremely helpful--they are thorough, careful and attentive. Their nannies and temps are also very high caliber--the kind you cannot find by simply placing a newspaper ad! Their services have been worth every penny and I recommend them to all my friends.

Seattle Nanny Network is simply the best agency to work with for temp and permanent placement of nannies. Their staff is on top of your search from day one and they have the best candidates.

Our family has considered Seattle Nanny Network a part of our family since the birth of our son almost three years ago. I would consider ourselves to be somewhat 'heavy users' of the agency, and have found the nannies provided us to be very professional, responsible, and fun as playmates. While we had initially interviewed other agencies for nanny services, we found Seattle Nanny Network to have a warmer, friendlier feeling about it than the other agencies--- I would have to attribute that to the wonderful staff. Yes, we are very grateful for the Seattle Nanny Network; thanks to their great work, my husband and I have been going on Friday night dates since our child was a month old

I love this business. I can call with short notice and find a temp nanny for my child or I can hire a pre-screened nanny that has passed background checks, driving records and has a education degree! I interviewed several of their nanneis and I was impressed by the quality of their childcare providers. I have recommended them to all my friends and family as well. Thank god there is a service like this in the Puget Sound area.
Pros: Qualified Nannies, Background clearance, experienced staff
