Good nanny's, spotty service

They provided great nannys for us to interview and provided all the services needed in that space. We love our current nanny from them. Post placement service has been a problem as a temp-nanny we requested a month in advance no-showed and we got an invoice threatening collections for a 55$ debt that was less than a month old. It was a real hardship to take the time off work to cover for the no-show. Getting a threat of collections, after paying them over 3K over the last six months is simply rude in my mind but I guess it is their right to do so.

Pros: Good nannys

Cons: Issues after placement

Know Before You Go

Permanent nanny placement offers a minimum one-year commitment to a family, working a full or part time schedule. Families are responsible for a one-time Permanent Placement fee, of 10% of the nanny's estimated gross annual salary at the time of hire. Temporary nanny placement offers a full or part time ongoing position for a period of a few days to six months.
