Always Impressed. I've been bringing my cars to Hermann's for the past 7 years and I'm impressed every time I come in. Whether it's my Honda Accord or my Range Rover they always give me quality service at a much better price than either of the dealers I used to take my cars to. Vic is always friendly and everyone seems to be doing their best to get my car done when I need it. They even give me a ride to work when I need it. I would never willingly take my car anywhere else…

Great Service. I brought my Saturn in with a water leak into the passenger compartment. I had taken it to a dealer before and they told me that basically my car was old and they couldn't pinpoint the leak, so they'd have to try by replacing all kinds of seals. Well when I took it to Vic at Hermann's , they check the vehicle out and found that the drip rails where causing the issue and even though the part was discontinued by the dealer , they tracked it down and had them shipped direct. I am very grateful to them for putting in extra effort to get my car fixed right and finding parts that are now hard to get for my car…

You're the best Mercedes Benz repair shop I've been to. I just wanted the guys over at Hermann's to know that I think they are the best auto repair shop I've been to. I took Emma ( my 2004 Mercedes E320 ) in to Hermann's because my brakes where making noise and I had a yellow engine warning lamp on in my dash. I'd taken her other places before but that darn light would keep coming back, but I heard good things about Hermann's so i took her there. Boy, am I glad I did. They took care of the warning lamp and fixed my brakes that same day, and when I couldn't get off work by the time they closed, they waited for me to pick up my car. It's been a few weeks since they fixed my car and it's so nice to have that darn light off! You've got a customer for life! Thank again guys!…

Best BMW repair in Seattle!. I've never written a review before but the guys at Hermann's deserve to know that they're doing a great job. My BMW has never run better. They do great work, they're friendly and reasonably priced. They even give me a ride to work which I really appreciate. Do yourself a favor and see these guys if you have a BMW or any kind of imported car.…

Don't ever take your car here. At the end of the day that my vehicle was promised to be ready, I was informed that they actually did not have all the parts to perform the repair that my car ?needed? and that they had no idea when the part would come in and that they were having trouble locating the part.

The conversations with Vick, at Hermann's, left me so uncomfortable that I took my car immediately to my car dealership service station for inspection (where it is typically serviced) after the work at Hermann's. The inspection showed that pipes had been broken during the repair at Hermann's, related to they work that they did, and inadequately repaired. They also found missing mount supports and other evidence of shoddy work.

I have been hung up on when calling Herman?s to discuss these issues.
