I am a regular customer of Pandasia, both dine-in and delivery and have to say that it is my all time favorite for flavor, customer service, and convenience. Pandasia hand-seasons and breads all meats, from savory calimari to perfectly tender chicken, pork or beef. The dry string beans (hold the pork for me!) are superb and traditional tasting, and the crispy ginger beef is simply amazing! For the most unique spin on chow mein, the Pandameinia (with two types of home-made noodles) is NOT TO BE MISSED! For a fresh-cooked traditional Chinese meal delivered to your front door, Pandasia's delivery can't be beat. Wait times can vary depending on how busy the restaurant is and how many deliveries are going out - on a weeknight this can be as quick as under half an hour to around an hour on busier nights. The drivers that I've encountered have been polite, professional, and enthusiastic about customer service. If you live in the north Seattle area - especially Magnolia, Queen Anne, Ballard or Fremont - DON'T MISS PANDASIA!!!
Pros: Parking, delivery, authentic spices and menu
Cons: Longer wait times for deliveries on busy nights

Living in Magnolia, my wife and I do not have much choice in delivery for asian food. We had previously eaten in at Pandasia, and while the food was mediocre, the helpings were generous, so I assumed they were worth a shot for something simple like sweet & sour chicken. Boy was I wrong! We ordered on a Friday night after a long week of work, hungry and tired, thinking a yummy mess of sweet and sour chicken would do the trick. After we waited for an hour, the delivery driver finally showed up, we made the exchange, I gave 20% tip, and we looked forward to a tasty meal. Unfortunately, they did not deliver the critical element of the sweet and sour sauce, so all we had was the chicken. OK, this was a mistake, not unforgivable, but the obviously simple remedy of having the driver return post-haste with the sauce was what turned this into an infuriating experience, meriting a single star review. After I called to get the replacement sauce, it took the driver another hour to return (from a restaurante that is 5 minutes away), and then the sauce was cold. When I called the restaurant to complain, the smug young man answering the phone essentially told me that there was nothing that they would do to remedy the miserable experience that was their delivery meal. No partial refund for my crappy meal, no return of my tip, for the crappy services they rendered. Nothing. I've never been hosed like this at a restaurant. This place will not get another dime of my business, ever. Bad restaurant!
Pros: Parking
Cons: Terrible service

One night i decide to order chinese and i called pandasia. i order a lettuce chicken wrap, kung pao chicken, and potsticker. it got here very quick and the food was amazing. i order it once about 2 year ago and it was very digusting but now the "new" pandasia it so much better. so i decided to go down there to eat and they have new bathrooms and sits too! i felt really comfortable eating there and the food is really good. i introduced to my other friend and they like it very much. so if you decide to eat chinese and you dont know where to go i surely recommend pandasia!

Pandasia used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Sadly, that changed recently when they changed the name to the "New" Pandasia. We went for an early dinner the other night expecting to enjoy our usual dishes. Everything was wrong. Our server never did bring the hot and sour soup. After one bite my husband spat out his pork potsticker and refused to eat any more (he used to rave about them). The spinach potstickers were no longer prepared with spinach wrappers, and the filling tasted funny. The General Tso's chicken was chewy and gristly. Every visit prior to this one, the Mongolian Beef was made with lots of tender beef and scallions; this time it was loaded with big chunks of onions, to which my husband is violently allergic. When he brought it back over to the kitchen window and pointed out that the dish never had onions before and that he has an allergy, he was told "well you should have ordered it the old way - this is the NEW Pandasia." He pointed out that in that case they might want to update their menu because he had no way of knowing there was a "new" Mongolian Beef. The kitchen finally agreed to remake the dish "the old way" but that apparently sparked a battle between the server and the cook who proceeded to scream at each other at the top of their lungs in Chinese throughout the rest of our meal. The "New" Pandasia is a sad shadow of what Pandasia used to be. Order a pizza instead.
Cons: staff fighting throughout our meal, food quality has gone downhill

Ordered take out the other night after finding out they deliver for free. I thought it was a bit pricey for the food but once the food arrived I changed my mind. You get large portions and considering how Chinese food can be very oily & unhealthy looking & tasting, it was VERY good. I had the lettuce wraps and my boyfriend had General Zso's chicken and we had two orders of the pork potstickers. The potstickers rocked! Very prompt service too!
Pros: wide variety of items, healthy tasting, large portions, free delivery
Cons: cost

I live on QA. Finding places that deliver anything but pizza has become almost impossible. So, when i stumbled on the fact that Pandasia delivers, I was very happy. I was not looking for a world class experience, but I got my food quickly, it was pretty good, still hot and fresh and three of us ate and had plenty pf leftovers for 30 bucks including a good tip for our driver. I have ordered several times now, and it is always here pretty fast, tastes good and is better than driving out when all I want to do is pop in a movie and chill at the Casa. Thanks to the nice folks there who have always treated us like valued customers. =)

If you're going to spend $30-50 for two why not go some place good? I don't mind spending that much but I expect a certain quality of food for it. The food here isn't bad, it's just not worth the price.
Pros: free delivery, parking, portion size
Cons: price/food

This place is super convenient with quick delivery... so far, we aren't overly excited about the food. The bbq pork fried rice is top notch, everything else we've tried (about 4-5 dishes) is disappointing.
Pros: quick delivery
Cons: average food

The noodles were very overcooked, the sauce was virtually tasteless except for ketchup. Our portion was large but had little chicken and the few strips where quite dry. Every few bites I found a crunchy-sweet bunch of what must have been some sort of peanut powder. I felt overcharged at around $7 for this unapealing plate. Service was unremarkable. The seating felt too close to the noisy kitchen and the view of Dravus was not my idea of a nice dinner location.
Pros: Food arrived quickly
Cons: Tasteless food, Environment
