The Price is Right

by FalconAlumna

We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive and polite. I had the vegetable dumpling soup, and it wasn't the best, although the ingredients were very fresh tasting. Someone else in our group got the ranch noodles, and those were delicious. Probably not the most authentic food, but if you're looking for a decent bite on your lunch break that doesn't cost too much, this place has my recomendation.

  • Pros: Good Service, good price
  • Cons: food could be better

Great food and customer service.

by mwinters

I am always happy when I choose to dine out at The Noodle Ranch. Everything I've ever ordered has been delicious. The servers are so friendly and attentive. To top it off, it is all well-priced. Two people can leave stuffed for $20.

Large portions of amazing food at cheap prices

by gemini23

The Noodle Ranch has been one of my favorite places to eat for years. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. It was the first restaurant that I went to after moving back to Belltown. Try their yakisoba, green curry, or either of the noodle bowls.

  • Pros: Great food, cheap prices, quick service
  • Cons: Parking

Geared more towards Americanized-asian food

by tuanandmichele

I was completely surprised when we had dinner there. I was expecting some fantastic food but was disappointed when it was not authentic. The noodle that I had was on the sweet side. For the price, I'd rather go to the International District. The decor looks hip but it doesn't cover up the pipes above. The service wasn't bad.

  • Pros: Close to the needle and all the hustle and bustle
  • Cons: Parking, mediocre food

Trendy Belltown's favorite stop for a Pan-Asian fix.

by Contributor

In Short
This front-runner in the Seattle noodle-house scene combines Asian food with alternative-rocking servers. The interior is visually catchy, with striped yellow and green walls punctuated by litchi red, and wok-shaped light fixtures hung by strands of barbed wire. The menu ranges through curry, ramen noodle soups, udons, satays, gyoza, spring rolls--pretty much the gamut of local Pan-Asian favorites.

Pan-Asian Perfection!

by spacemod

Cool, minimalist decor and fabulous food. There's a reason their menu hasn't changed since it opened...they got it right the first time!

  • Pros: Great food and service!
  • Cons: None.

Really very good

by max0567

Having read some of the reviews on this site about the downright mean waitstaff, I kind of cringed when I went there with my friend and he, not seeing the Please Wait to Be Seated sign, immediately trundled off to grab a nice booth for the two of us. I followed along waiting for the axe to fall but, to my surprise, the waiter came up and smiled and welcomed us and swept away the two extra place settings. Service was friendly and prompt throughout the meal. The green curry was wonderful. Best I've had. I'll be back for sure.

  • Pros: Great curry, Friendly staff, Good prices

Cheap Eats

by madddskillz

Surrounded by a number of quirky establishments this place looks pretty normal despite looking a little weird in the picture above.

The food was alright, but not outstanding. Most importantly it did not feel authentic.

  • Pros: cheap
  • Cons: downtown parking, not authentic

New Ownership: Not Good

by lmcseattle

Ownership changed about a year ago and, unfortunately, some of the food has changed for the worse. Eating the pork in a couple of the pork dishes were like eating bland strips of leather (actually I can only imagine bland leather would taste like this). The management did not handle the complaint of the food very well and felt we just didn't want to pay the $26 food bill. Oh well, we won't be going back to Noodle Ranch.

Some good, some bad

by rynoos2

This restaurant is preplexing. Some of the dishes are great, others are terrible. Stick with the pretty straightforward noodle dishes and don't get expiramental. The serivce is always good and the value is fair. There is just much better Thai/Vietnamese food in Seattle, that I am not inclined to go there.
