If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. This is hands down the worst experience I've had with any dry cleaner to date. Not only did they ruin a Diane Von Furstenberg dress I own but they were extremely rude and unfriendly about the whole situation when I addressed it. Additionally, they charged me $30 to clean the dress (they charged the satin bow on the dress as a seperate piece) which in my opinion is a ridiculous price. When I asked them to get the brown coloring that had been added to my white dress they informed me that those were "prior stains" (it was a brand new dress) and they they were at no fault. At an extremely high price, with bad service and poor quality of work.. I would recommend staying away from this place.
Pros: None.
Cons: Expensive, Poor Work, Awful Customer Service

so, just so you are warned mens dress shirts are 2/shirt and dry cleaning is around 9/sweater/shirt. Now, in my experience that is high. so, for that price i expect basically perfection. I had one item dry cleaned but at 9 it was no better than anywhere near by that charges 5/item so save your money and go else where. I had 8 dress shirts laundered and pressed @ 2/item. 7 of the 8 needed to be redone because wrinkled cuffs, wrinkles at the shoulders, and waves in the material. now, i've gotten the same quality from other places for half the price.... the worst part was they proceded to charge me the full price, hardly apologized and seemed indifferent to the fact that they did a horrible job. The woman even made a bold-faced lie and when i called her on it she didn't seem to care - she just said 'OH'. she obviously has all the integrity of a shrew. So, for the half the cost you can go else where and get the same quality, which is what i am doing.
Pros: none
Cons: arrogant, poor quality, indifference to customer needs

they ruined a family heirloom & then told me it was my fault! I took a special wool shawl to them because they'd been reccomended and I didn't want to take it "just anywhere" but to someone who specialized in treating delicate items. They first let the colors run, turning a white fringe green, and then when I asked them to try & fix that, treated it with liquid so that it felted up completely ruining the piece forever. It was WOOL - you NEVER get wool wet and then agitate it. And the problem I wanted them to fix originally wasn't even in the area they destroyed but just on the fringe... I'm devastated. And when the manager called me she tried to tell me it was my fault somehow.
Cons: unbeleivably bad customer service.

Have been using Ange's for many years on High End Clothing Types such as Armani, Donna Karan, and Hugo Boss and have been very satisfied with them. You might pay slightly more than you would at a cheap Dry Cleaners but you get what you pay for? I would highly recommend them. Just a Note that if you have something that is White or light in Color that you are concerned about cleaning, request that they run it through on one of the first runs off of a new cartridge/filter.
Pros: Excellent Cleaners, Pretty Fast Service,
Cons: Slighly Higher Price, Limited Parking

Ange's is a wonderful cleaner for your fine work clothes. Since they had done expert cleaning on my fine woolens, I thought they would be the ideal cleaner for my precious wedding dress, since they advertise bridal gown cleaning. The dress came back gray and discolored, and despite 3 attempts to bring the dress back to its original color, Ange's failed. And to worsen the blow, their response was "well, you aren't going to wear it again, are you?" and "I hope your marriage works out better than how the dress came out". In fact, they blamed the bad cleaning on the dress, saying it must have whiteners on it and therefore it discolored. The dress is a $3500 Reem Acra, and in my opinion, if a store advertises they are expert bridal dress cleaners, they should be take responsibility. They even refused to refund the cleaning costs.
Pros: Everyday cleaners, Great location
Cons: , Expensive, Irresponsible
