YES! YES! YES! Piecora's NY PIZZA IN SEATTLE !
by ultron
My Darling Spidey and I are thinking that the Pizza and atmosphere we prefer in The Emerald City is Piecora's on Madison. It is right off of 14th so we go up to Pine and cut a right. Or straight up Pike. The important thing is to get there! Great wide booths accomodate friends and coats. Friendly waitstaff and Bartender had us rolling. We shared a half pizza and we were full. Other people were nice and approachable. Drinks (crown & coke) were awesome. We highly recommend Piecora's NY Pizza. Very budget friendly for the little big city. We look forward to returning to this Seattle staple every time we have a pizza and personality craving. Can't wait for Poetry night Thursdays SEE YOU HERE!
- Pros: Wait staff humorous and friendly
- Cons: too full no kidding
Good pizza, not worth the attitude
by Brianinseattle
Went there tonight with a friend and ordered a half combo, half blue cheese and onion pizza. We got the half combo...the other half never came. When the waiter checked on us, I told him we never received the other order. He walked away. Later came back with the bill, and I mentioned (again), that we never received the other half of our order. His response was: "Well, we didn't charge you for it". And that I was "too nice" to get it. My take is that they didn't want to make it, didn't make it, and the waiter totally blew us off. Piecora's is not the only game in town; I won't be back."
- Pros: Okay pizza
- Cons: Poor service.
Awesome Pizza - Awesome Service
by bandanabandit
My girlfriend wanted to have her 35th birthday party in a space with good food that was family friendly (she nannies for a few small kids).
I was able to go in earlier to drop off balloons (they were awesome about that), and they never made me look for a server or feel bad for 'taking over' the back room with small kids and adults alike. They were professional, handled everything through me, and my girlfriend was able to have a fantastic birthday.
The pizza was great, the kids were allowed to run around -- and being in the back room, this was done without bothering the majority of the patrons that evening.
I will *definitely* come here again, and they also are offering a great special on Monday nights now with half priced pies. Not sure how long this will last, but I'd get it while it does!
- Pros: great staff, parking lot, good food
- Cons: a little higher priced than most, but still worth it
BEST PIZZA, Fast Service
by Yvette1985
I went to Piecora's Pizza to watch the UFC 86. I didn't see the 10 foot screen they were talking about so we all had to stare at the 40 inch (guess) above the bathroom hallway. It was CROWDED in there. The pizza was awesome.
The ambiance is a little different. With the HIP-HOP venue accross the street and the soccer mom telling her son to avert his eyes from the "bloodshed" in the UFC fight... it seemed like this is the place EVERYONE goes for good pizza. The pitchers of Fat Tire were 13 bucks ( a little expensive for my taste ) but all in all it was a fun time.
And again, the Pizza was the best I've had in Seattle. Perfectly crunchy, perfect toppings... mmmmmm. I want some right now.
- Pros: Best Pizza ever
- Cons: Crowded
Our Favorite!

Piecora's is the best pizza in town! We have been going there for a few years and love it each and everytime. The sauce is tangy and very flavorful.
This pizza is great

get the Queens; it is fantastic. The crust is great and I eat here at least twice a month. The service is a little slow for lunch though, don't go if you are in a hurry but it is well worth the wait.
- Pros: great pizza pie
- Cons: the service is lame
Horrible, cold pizza
by icarus74
We live two blocks away, and the pizza arrived an hour later very cold. Okay, maybe delivery is bad. So we gave it a second chance and ordered pick-up. Pizza is still cold even though we saw it emerge from the oven. And, the crust is bready and tasteless. The only New York style part of the pizza is the service with attitude. I'll never go again
- Cons: good if you like cold pizza
Great Pizza, Crappy Delivery
by adroit207
I always get the brooklyn pizza and hot wings. The hot wings are great!!! Acctually hot, and smothered in sauce. The pizza is great, thin crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese.
The only negative comment is the service. In the restaurant, people are not particualrly friendly, unless you are the waiters friend, don't expect a smile. Delivery is slow!!! I live a couple of blocks away, and it always takes at least an hour to get to us. The domino's down the street can get it here in 30 minutes.
- Pros: Brooklyn Pizza, Hot wings, Food, Price is ok
- Cons: Bad service, Slow delivery
Fantastic neighborhood spot for a slice and a brewskie

I just had to start a citysearch account in response to what 'worstcustomerservice' wrote. I live in Capital Hill and walk over here for a pizza and a few pitchers of Mac and Jack's with friends AT LEAST once a week. Pizza is a total staple for me; my aunt owns a gourmet pizzeria and it is one of the few foods my boyfriend truly enjoys so I have been thoroughly exposed to even the most imaginative pie creations. I can say with zero hesitation that Piecora's is exactly what big, chewy, cheesy, greasy American-style pizza is supposed to taste like. And the service? It is true - in general they are not super friendly, and they stay out of your way but this is part of the atmosphere that the establishment creates. And they are always fast and efficient and get your order right.
I have to say that I would not recommend the pasta dishes--stick with pizza, salads and garlic/cheese bread. They have a great lunch special where you get a slice and a salad for like $6. Please do not listen to bad reviews! Piecora's will not disappoint!
- Pros: food, speed of serice, accommodating for large groups
the customer service is horrific, never go here for your own good.
by irritatedatcustomerservic
Piecora's is the absolute worst pizza joint ever. EVER.
For your own mental health and safety, stay 300 feet away at all times. I had a horrible experience with Piecora's yesterday; it was absolutely humiliating. The waiters make you feel demeaned and disrespected and are incredibly rude and offensive. I wish I could put into words how much I hate this place. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The pizza is actually pretty tasty, but don't risk going there when you could go somewhere else equally good.
- Pros: good pizza, large slices, interesting space
- Cons: HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
