I have moved to San Francisco and so miss Samadhi! Its studio is a beautiful, peaceful space and its teachers are amazing They practice a vinyasa style of yoga and incorporate chanting, meditation, breathing exercises, visualization, and yogic philosophy. I have walked into classes at Samadhi preoccupied, frustrated, angry, stressed out and walked out invigorated and peaceful. I have never felt so consistently happy as I did when I was attending regular yoga practice at Samadhi. I actually chose the location of my last apartment in part because it would be an easy walk to the studio. And I had tried to do yoga before attending classes at Samadhi and couldn't really get into it. This place deserves to have a reputation. Still haven't found a studio to rival it in San Francisco.
