Excellent training for all levels

After training in Tae Kwon Do for several years in the area and trying out several other types of martial arts, I finally found Seattle Kajukenbo. Sifu Melinda Johnson is one of the most knowledgeable and dynamic teachers I have ever come across. She is equally fantastic with children and adults and is ever an inspiration to me and my practice. As someone who came to martial arts and physical activity as an adult, I understand how daunting it can be to begin such a program. I highly recommend this school to people of all levels and ALL ages. Check it out!
