RUN AWAY!!! Please keep driving. They tried to sell me a “New Mustang”. Signed papers and then was called back to change them, not even close to what we agreed on. About an hour and a half of drive time and I had problems with the electrical system. They did not know why but had a lot of theories. None of them fixed the car. Finally I put the keys back on their desk and took my car back. Went to Ford of Kirkland and got a great deal for a GT Mustang. Thank God I got away. Be careful!!!
Pros: None the soda machine was even broke
Cons: "Cons" is right. Keep driving!!!!!!

If you want to get pushed into a vehicle you don't want at a price higher than any other dealership in Seattle, I recommend going to Bill Pierre Ford!! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. First, they kept asking me if I had anyone that would co-sign. Then, the salesman called my grandmother in Missouri at MIDNIGHT and BEGGED her to sign for me! In 3 hours, I was completely lost. The salesman told me that if I didn't buy immediately, that I would never get a car. DON'T GO TO BILL PIERRE FORD!!

Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE!!!

I felt rushed and uncomfortable. I went in at 10 am and left at 11 at night. They messed up my paperwork and I had to fill out everything out twice. I asked the service department to fix the airbag light on my car and I took it in and it is still not fixed. I had to harass them for my plates because my temps. had expired and I still had no plates. I bought the car but they talked the entire time to my boyfriend like he was the one who was buying the car.

I bought my vehicle last month and it was easy, informative and fair. The way they gave me all the information on financing options made it easy to understand. I have good credit and wanted options. They gave them to me on one paper that had to of had 20+ different scenarios. Thank you for being up front and showing me everything I needed to see to make a decision. I didn't think I was going to buy a car that day, but I felt comfortablr in my decision and the quality of information they shared with me.

I got the car I wanted and it was in the news paper. When I got there I thought ya the one that was on add was sold and they would try to sell me something else that was not true the car was there and they did sell it to me at the price that was in the paper. I could no beleave the deal I got and what a great salesperson. They treated my great and I will be back. Thank you Pierre Ford

I had to buy a car after I wrecked my car. They were very helpful in a time of need I bought a brand new Explorer loaded. It took no time at all and everything they did was great
