We went to purchase a new motorcycle. We had been taking our older bikes to their service department for a year. We chose the bike and was sitting down working up the paper-work. Another party was interested in the same bike and the finance manager Amiee stated in the middle of the showroom floor loud enough for us to hear, "let that guy test ride it, they mght not qualify". I heard the state confronted the finance manager Amiee on her customer skills and the fact that we were in the middle of the paper work to pay cash for the bike. She should have told the other interested party to wait until the paperwork was complete and if there was another bike he might be interested in. I chose not to spend my money here. We went to Cycle Barn and found the same bike a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 and paid cash for it. Our experience at Cycle Barn was great. I called back to let Lake City know I went somewhere else and why, and all they said was "good". So please dont reccomend this type of awful service. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!

This place has the best service i have ever seen, the service department was lacking last summer but they have new guys that are awesome, the sales guys are great and friendly.
Pros: Close to home, friendly, outgoing

I didn't buy my bike there but it seems like the sales guys are ok. Like so many dealers though, the service department is lacking. Two bikes taken in a week apart were not finished on time, no calls to inform, phone not answered consistently... etc, etc...
Pros: Close to my house, Decent parking
Cons: poor service dept.
