something4jonny i'm sorry you didn't get to try us . Had you been able to, you would have been very pleased(not saying we are perfect). We are actually not called Arts N Flowers any more. You have to look us up under BiZi Bee Floral. The number is 877-424-9423(8774BiZiBee) .. We think Citysearch is great, but a long way from bullet proof. we have noticed other errors for some time and haven't been able to identify who we contact about this. i wonder if this pay to get the new # thing is a way Citysearch makes money..have no idea who posted that phone number, but it certainly wasn't us. i do agree that it is a scammy thing to do. we'll work on getting it fixed. we thank you for bringing this one to our attention. Please understand we are a small family business without the funds to hire a PR agent. We are usually running our butts off taking care of our customers so things like a bad 800 # can easily get by us. So, I live in LA and wanted to send some flowers to my good friend who's father just passed away. I found Arts N Flowers on City Search and called the 800 number listed. What I found was that the number was temporarily out of service but that the recording convienently gave me a new number to call to get the updated information and new number. When I was connected to an operator, I luckly asked if there was a charge for this and they said A WHOPPING SEVEN DOLLARS AND CHANGE. So I said forget it and please don't give me any info on this company. The opperator basically said too bad, you have been charged already so you might as well ask for the number. After an argument, I got a new 800 number to call to fight this new charge on my phone bill. Something tells me this is not the end of my battle. SO IF YOU WANT TO ORDER FLOWERS HASSLE FREE, don't go with a shop that offers this service!!!!!!

Pros: couldn't tell you. Too disgusted to even try and order

Cons: a hidden $7 service charge just to get their new phone number!!!

Bizi Bee floral did all the flowers for a party we just had. I described to Heather what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I had dreamed for this event. I mean she actually came to our house and set it up and added other little decorative touches here and there around the room. It was magical. I have seen some of her other work and I would not go anywhere else. Heather is positively a genious with decor. And affordable as well. Thanks again guys!

Pros: cutting edge floral arrangements, extremely friendly and fun to work with, affordable

We are now known as BiZi Bee Floral...what once was Arts and Flowers. The original owner of Arts and Flowers sold the business to a gentlemen whom employed his family from Mexico to run the business. But t\with the language barrier they just couldn't make it despite their best efforts. We bought the business in June and feel that it's such a great opportunity to provide everybody with affordable fresh flowers, great customer service and fast delivery. We deliver all over Seattle and surrounding areas. Get BiZi--Bee Happy! We are a work in progress and our showroom changes every day..we have a great selection of plants, garden baskets, keepsakes and of course fresh flowers which we get 2-3 times per week. I called the day before Valentine's day to see if they could deliver a dozen roses. Prices were reasonable-$60 per dozen roses, and they assured me they had them in stock and could deliver. The woman I spoke with had an accent and cupped the phone to ask questions to someone in the background. Valentine's day came, and no flowers were delivered to my sweetheart. Nobody answered the phone during their posted business hours when I called for resolution. I haven't been charged for the flowers so I can only guess they did not get the information correct (I repeated my information and phone # twice). Someone did call me back 2 weeks later wondering if I still wanted to place my order and asked for my credit card expiration date. Steer clear from this business-they don't seem to know what they are doing!

Pros: convenient location, offstreet parking, good price

Cons: language barrier, failed to deliver, inconsistent hours
