These guys are horrible. I am confused how their overall rating is three stars when everyone has rated them one star.

I recently leased a new car from this dealership. While pleasant during negotiaions-the experience has been a nightmare. Paperwork errors have forced me to return to sign three different contracts. The payments as calculated by Chrysler were almost $90 more per month than that which I negotiated (which was eventually corrected) I was due a refund on an extended warranty from my previous vehicle which they misquoated which cost me an additional $500 on my down payment. I have had to return to the dealership 7 times to try to correct their mistakes. I have never had a worse car buying experience in Seattle-stay away from this auto group. Also-the dealerships were recently purchased by Gee Automotive Group based in Spokane-no longer the West Seattle family dealership they pretend to be.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Incompetant-rude-arrogant-and so far-dishonest

My mother (who speaks English as a second language and is not 100% fluent) bought a new Jeep from Huling that had an engine fire a few days after she bought it. They allowed her to trade it in on another new vehicle, despite the fact that she lost $10,000 on the deal, rather than advising her to simply have it fixed. This is the type of car dealership that gives them all a bad name.
Pros: None
Cons: Dishonest

I have gone to this shop (primarily because I'm forced to due to my location) for 2 years now. Every single time I bring my car away feeling like the work done was sub-par AND should not have cost as much as it did. All the workers there were very helpful when it came to telling me what could be wrong. When it came to actually doing the work, I got the feeling I was being nickle-and-dimed. Also, thanks to Huling Chevy, I now know how to fix pretty much everything one can fix on a car that can be done in a home garage with a cheap 100 peice socket set and 2 jack stands! My car is a 95 chevy F-body.
Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: Over-priced, Could not diagnose problems correctly on multiple occasions, costing big $$
