I live in Fairbanks Alaska area and for the past 20 years have made it a point to go to Pecos Pit. Quick, dependable quality and the best HOT sauce on meat anywhere. They should be ranked first in the Nation...not third in Seattle. VERY reasonable, fast service.
Pros: Inexpensive, High Quality Food, Quick Service Line
Cons: Occassionally needs m, Hours are too limited
