I have been to Huckleberry Square for breakfast and lunch. As for the breakfast, I was not really impressed. The food was average but not something that I would necessarily come back for. Lunch was ho-hum, it was okay but nothing particularly spectacular. I did not think that this establishment met my expectations and I am not sure I would be able to recommend it but lots of people like it.

Use to go here all the time...Food was usually always good. Mainly had breakfast. But when you are sitting there and one of the wait staff decides to put on deoderant, right next to the counter. That pretty much did it for us. Even after going back and talking to the owner and he did nothing. "Oh she's young and has had some problems"... Sorry...this is where I was eating..Not going back after 10 years

I have to agree with the previous review....you can't go to Burien without eating at Huckleberry Square. Their food is great! I especially like their breakfast. It always is good. Their lunch and dinner items are good too, but I have mostly gone because of their breakfast. Try it!

I have been going to Huckleberry's for years. The reason for this is their fast and curtious staff, their excellent variety and quality of food and the prices. It is a great place for friends and family and co-workers to enjoy themselves. The pies are out of this world....... It is a MUST eat restaurant. You won't be disapointed.......... From breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will have an experience that your mind, body and taste buds won't forget....

• Pros: Thumbs up on quality of food, prices, service and a family type feel... feels like home when you are greeted
• Cons: Needs more parking........only because it is the best priced restaurant in Burien.

The soups are always wonderful, Some of the best ribs in town are served here, you always get enough to eat, and the waiters are always attentive.

Save the Square!

Huckleberry Square was one of my favorite restaurants for breakfats growning up! Their omellettes were to die for, not to mention, unspeakably huge! And the pancakes were light and fluffy, easily the best I ever had. Over the past several years, Huckleberries has gone steadily down hill. Once, a family and friend favorite, now the service is consitently bad, the food cold, the toast burnt. It's gotten to the point where I will choose Denny's over Huckleberry's. This former family favorite needs saving and fast!
